alternator belt whine @ start up.

alternator belt whine @ start up.

I cant seem to get this right. the alternator belt will let out a high screech at start up for a few seconds then it will be fine. is this a sign of the belt being to tight or too loose?

the belts too loose tighten it a lil bit but not too much and it'll be fine
