those are good, similiar to the NGK iridium pulgs, these do have a colder heat range than normal plugs though

They should be good, they are OEM plugs for 99-00 SIs.

If you do a little research, your cheap copper core spark plugs will you the most power simply because copper is the superior conductor when compared to iridium and platinum. The only thing wrong with copper is it won't last as long as the other two so you'll have to change them more often but simply switching to those expensive plugs that claim all sorts of stuff isn't worth it because you won't feel any difference. There are plugs that have more than 1 tip such as the bosch +2 and +4 and the iridum has a design that allows for a better spark but really, the differences isn't big enough to be significant. .00000032483 more hp like Projeckt said.
