Brake upgrade?

Brake upgrade?
This 98 civic hatch needs some better brakes! What would be your suggestions? I want to upgrade the rears to disc brakes and possibly put some better capliers on the front. What will fit with the least amount of fitment issues?

I would go with the following:
99/00 SI Front/Rear disc brakes
Performance brake pads
Brembo blank rotors
Steel braided brake lines
99/00 Si MC & BB (or bigger)
I did this same swap on my 4 door and it stops on a dime now!!

Teg and 99/00 Si brakes are the same exact size.
