It threw a IAT sensor code a solid blink correct me if im wrong a #10 so I replace it and it still thorws the code and still runs rich as duck. What do I do next ??????

 

Did the check engine light flash at all when you jumped the two pins? It should. If it did and you changed out the component that was elect. causing the problem check the pin and jack connections/quick disconnections for corrosion or being loose and fix it. If that doesn't change any thing do an oham's check between the two terminals within the wiring loom.
