Could I fit 20s and not lose my vsa or tpms?

I just bought an 2006 Acura TL 5AT NBP/EBY. I want to put 20 inch wheels and I don't think I'd lower it. Whats a good tire and wheel setup? I dont want to rub at or or bottom out. Would I lose my TPMS? Would my VSA still work?

Would my stock wheels off my TL fit my 1998 Prelude?

You put a set of dubs on that car and you'll lose all of that.
You have a very nice, very well engineered car - keep it that way.

I'd lose a little bit of that, it shouldn't too rough with the right tires.
