how do i remove the headliner out of my 89 hatch i need to dynamat between the roof braces anybody have any tips?

you have to remove the A,B, and C pillars and then it just pops out no prob...

 

is it worth dynamatting? i jsut fatmatted my hatch.. did the doors (so much better).. then uh under the rear seats and thats all so far. but i still have a lot left so im lookin to do the doors again.. (second layer)..
