I bought this from someone on this board for a great deal and he mentioned that the manifold was rewelded because of a crack. The outside looks good but the inside scares me. Should I worry about this or is this fine?

looks fine to me, it's just penetration on the inside.

Ugly welds can be very strong. Looks like who ever did it got plenty of penetration. Check for leaks and toss some high temp paint on that and you should be good.

 

I am gonna toss some high tempature paint on in I doubt it leaks it just looked real messy but i guess this is normal.
