how will removing rear seats affect balance and handling?

I am removing the rear seats in my EF to make way for stereo system components. How will this affect the balance and handling (ie will it affect it adversely) , and can I redistribute the weight somehow?

Also, anyone wanna buy some rear EF seats?

it will work out just fine... i have a 1000 watt amp and a huge bandpass box with 2 12's and mine is fine... but i would love to get that back seat set up from you... PLEASE email me... zsocali@yahoo.com... thanx...
