convert dpfi to mpfi then odb0 to obd1

Default convert dpfi to mpfi then odb0 to obd1

well just as the heading says. i've ask this question before but damd i must be dumder then a box of rocks, i'm still a little lost.....
in my 90 crx dx is dpfi. ok i understand that.
now putting on a 90 si mpfi. is to convert. again i understand that and the process. this is where it turns foggy.
i want to put a d16z6 intake with all the part as in a mpfi convertion. but is it possible to used a odb0 to odb1 ecu jumper so i can run a p06 ecu. so i can later on down the road chip the p06 ecu and used crome pro for the set of itb i have. which crome pro is easier to use in this platform.

parts i have to use in this n/a project...

d16a6 block w/p29 piston - just bought it.
d16a6 tranny that i want to put a lsd in(still trying to decide between a zc or and a6 tranny i have access to both and a z6 tranny too)
d15b7 head- rebuilt, pnp
d16z6 intake portmatch to a teg tb 60mm.
d16a6 cam, zc cam and a 272 delta regrind cam - which i'm debating which on to use(the 272 is on the top of the list)
edelbrock ajustable cam gear
p06 ecu - virgin and free(but i can get the ecu for a 90 crx si or the p28 if i want, again i have acess to buy it)
cbr600rr itb - which i will used one i can get this mess to work lol.

maybe showing the parts and what i'm trying to do, can help answer these question. i've tons of research(over the last 3 monthes) but the answers are not persice to my question.
