Default Doing my timing belt, replace tensor?

I'm going to replace my T-belt again because I got a bad one. I didnt replace the tensor on my DOHC ZC last time, should I? I dont know if I should be worried or not.

While you are in there might as well. When this happens to me I am going with new crank and cam gears, also waterpump with the tensioner.

It is just for piece of mind. I don't know when it was done last so I do them.
