Default obd0 dizzy in obd1?

I have an a6 block in my 88 si and i'll be picking up a jdm d15b vtec head tomorrow. I've been doing so much reading on obd0 to obd1 conversion and what not. But i saw a thread that had had the pin layout of two diffrent dizzys (obd0 round plug and obd1? square plug) I know i have to get a new ecu also. But would i be able to keep/use the dizzy if i were to wire it for the obd1? (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1510399 is the post i found the dizzy pin out) Sorry if this has been asked before. I am trying to read as much as i can before i start taking things apart. I'm picking up the z6 gasket and timming belt will that be correct? is there anythe else i well need besdide the p28 ecu and obd0 to obd1 conversion harnes? Sorry about spelling been drinking a little. hoping it will help me sleep.

You need an OBD1 dizzy to go with an OBD1 ECU. OBD1 and OBD2 dizzys can be used interchangably as long as you repin them, but not OBD0.
