Well, if any of you have been reading any of my latest posts, you may know that I have been having a rough time with my car. It is a 1997 Type-SH, and, out of nowhere, I started getting ABS lights and ATTS lights. After that, the car started bogging down every now and then, until, finally, it just bogged all the time and ran very rough. Throughout all of this, I never got a CHECK ENGINE light or any troublecodes.

After examining the car, I noticed two things:

1. there was a loose wire at the fuse box that was connected to the ABS control unit
2. the catalytic converter was falling-apart and was clogged majorly

I tightened down the wire, and so far have not had any further issues with the ABS. However, after gutting the catalytic converter and cleaning the oxygen sensors, the problem still persists. However, there is good news:

I am now getting troublecodes. I am getting a " cylinder one misfire " code, as well as a " manufacturer specific ignition system malfunction or misfire " code. Any ideas anyone?
