Before I could remove the rear bumper, I had to take out the horizontal support piece for both the LOCK and the TAIL LIGHTS. I have no problem putting the rear bumper(98+ or 95) back on. My problem is that when I put the horizontal support piece back on, I Can't seem to get the LOCK flush with the panal again. The lock is now a little INDENTED inward. What have I done wrong? please help me out.
