i have a code 20 and the car wont crank over

fuel pump comes on and whines when i try to start but wont crank anything'

whats code 20?

ive got a 93 del sol si with a 00 jdm itr swap

btw: this code randomly came on a week ago when i had some exhaust work done and then a day or so later i had an electrical fire near my battery because of a short with my distribution block, sense then i just re-wired everything with fresh wire and added a 200amp circuit breaker'

code 20 remains and now it wont crank over'

where is it, what causes this, how to trouble shoot it etc etc

 

hey man when you redid the wiring did you happen to take out the fuse box and unplug that wire from underneath?? I'm like 99.9 % thats for the eld and your car wont turn over unless thats taken care of.. hope it helps
