help with Short shift

I have Honda Accord 1999 LX, 4dr, 5 speed

Can some one tell me where can I get the low-priced and best or good short shift and also

If you guys can also help me with sending instruction with as much Pictures as you can.

The only "true" short shifter I know of for the 98-02 Accords.
