are '04 2dr accords shocks and springs compatible with other hondas or acuras?
Wrong, there are plenty of choices, especially for the coupes.
If you want the best setup, get Koni yellow shocks and either Tein H/S Tech's or Eibach Pro/Sportline springs.
If you want coilovers, there are the Tein Basic, SS, and Supercup coilover setups. Ground control also makes a nice coilover kit. And I know Neuspeed has one as well.
There is the Progress Alignment kit (camber kit) and I know there is another, you will need this if you drop below 1.5" (or period for that matter, it helps wear on good tires).
The TSX setup might be compatible, but it is doubtful, since the 7th gen Accord and TSX are alike in a lot of ways.
