How do you know if your tensioner is moving?? I highly doubt it is as if it was.. you'd be skipping teeths like no other. when I install a timing belt.. and turn the crank with the bolt loose... it always skips teeths so easily when the bolt is loose.. so I doubt yours is. Well anyways..
It might be easier to remove all yr accesories belts first.. as I tried doing mine with them on.. and stripped the tensioner bolt very easily cause I was doing it at an angle. Put your motor at top dead center (if you dont know how.. I wouldnt try retensioning your timing belt). then make sure your tensioner bolt is torqued all the way right.. and then loosen it 1/2 a turn, then turn your motor 3 teeth past tdc (by looking at yr cam gear). At 3 teeth past tdc, the tension from the exhaust camgear to the crank pulley and the intake camgear to the crank pulley should be relatively tight.. and equal.(doesnt have to be exactly the same.. but fairly close). Then at 3 teeth past tdc... torque the tensioner bolt to 40 ft/pds and then put all your other **** back on.. and start the car. might be easier to turn your motor if you take your sparkplugs out. HOpe that helps.

i did that but for some reason the timing belt will shake at high rpm and during cold start...this is actually happening on exhaust side...not as bad as the intake side...is this something normal??? im afraid that it will skip when i floor the car...the other question is...when i shoot the timing light at the crank...i can advance this to 18 degress but i cant put it back to white mark which is TDC...pls tell me how to put it back on right timing

I dont understand what you are saying.. but with the car on.. the timing belt will look pretty violent at times.. (it might look loose or something) and thats normal. What do you mean you can only advance it to 18 degrees. what kind of timng gun are you using?? Your car is not off a tooth cause if it was.. you'll definately know something's wrong. If you are using a adjustable timing gun, use the white mark to find what your timing is. If you are using a non adjustable gune, use the red mark, and the red mark will be 16 degrees with a non adjustable timing gun. You adjust your timing with yr distributor.. not by shooting the crank with a gun, thats just for checking. Also to get an accurate check, jump your service check connector also.
what im talking about is when i first start the car from cold start..the belt is pretty violent as in shaking.....im afraid that it will come off sometimes but as it get warmer it stops...when i rev them up high like at 5k..its pretty violent bro i dont know if thats normal...about the timing...when i use the timing light without any adjustable timing gun..i can only go to the 14,16,18 degrees if i want to...but i could never put it back to the white mark which is TDC...i dont know whats wrong...actually car runs fine except the timing belt can be violent though...thanks for the kindly reply...

Your belt is fine.
Don't try to be a backyard mechanic if you have no clue about what you're doing.
I for one, will NOT give you the information you need, because there's nothing wrong with your belt at this moment.
