Default 2001 Honda Civic EX

I just got my civic about a week ago and now i need some info on mainta.....

First off, I live in Florida where the temp of my dashboard is that of the blue balzes of HELL. I was wondering if its ok, OR if i should, use some kind of armor-all on the interior.

Second, i live in an appartment so i dont have a garage. I was wondering if you could recommend a quality car cover that i can find at any auto store that wont scratch the car but will keep it protected. Ive seen some at PepBoys for about $100 BUCKS! and ive seen some at walmart for $40. THank you

I use Armor-All simply for the UV protection. That in itself will add to the lifespan of your dash components, as well as any vinyl/plastic that sees sunlight.

As far as the car cover goes, it's up to you. I'd say fitment would be my reason for choice, meaning the cover that fit the best, would be what I'd buy.

Here's Honda's "official" car cover, and an available lock/key setup for it: http://handaaccessories.com/civext01.html
