Default Pin-Lock for crank pulley...Reusable??

88' Integra RS DOHC 5speed...d16-a6
I found another crank pulley bolt & washer. I need the "woodruff" key...How can I remove one from a vehicle at the junkyard??...Just the pin/key.
I need this car running asap...No time or money to go dealer!!!

you can remove one and re-use it

take another pulley off slowly and look to see where it is, it should be on the pulley, or the crank, or somewhere close by on the ground
