Default Toda B Idle Problems

I know some of you guys have had toda Bs so maybe you could help me. Just got my B's installed yesterday and got my car back today. My problem is that when i'm at a stop light my car idles REALLY low....First it will be 900, then it will drop to 500, then sometimes at 250, then it goes back up to like 350 and stays there. When it does that it requires me to step on the gas more before i can get going...
Some changes i have made this weekend to my GSR: Spoon JDM ITR pistons, Mugen 2ly Head Gasket, Toda Spec B, portflow inners/itr outers, skunk2 cam gears, skunk2 ti-retainers.

Low-end feels better...Is my mind playing tricks on me? Haven't tried to hit vtec yet but i know its gonna suck. Is there anyway to raise my idle? Its scaring me!

Well my installer didn't know how to install the vafc so he didn't want to try and mess something up. If anyone could help me install it that'd be cool.

Also another thing, when starting up the car and not moving anywhere, the idle is crazy! It jumps all over the place and my exhaust is vibrating like crazy.

Any help would be appreciated. I know i gotta tune this, but i gotta make some payments first before i can.

try to play around with the idle air screw on the throttle body.......it might help with the idle.......also play around with the fuel settings at idle as well.......

get the vafc istalled and increase your fuel +5 curve. then adjust your cam gears to -2 +2. also set your vtec in at 5300 you should be good to go!
Thanks for the advice, but shouldn't i just leave my gears at 0,0 unless i go on a dyno? I'll definitely boost that fuel curve.

could i run into any potential problems by dialing in my cams like that without going on the dyno? I mean if i lose power thats one thing, but if i bend valve or **** thats another...

Update: I just installed my VAFC today. Vtec no longer kicks in at 4400 rpm, but i have a problem. My car doesn't feel the same when i'm getting off first or when my car is in the low rpm range, no matter how much i push the throttle. Anyone know why? The only thing i did was change vtec, and put -10 at 1000 rpm for narrow throttle.
