Default oil pressure for b18

ok my friend has a b18a1 in his 88 hatch and he bottomed out and crushed the oil pan the other day. well he replaced the oil pan but didn't check the ( i want to call the a oil scoop the thing that pickes oil up from the bottom of the oil pan) so i think it was bent or something. so if the clearance between the oil pan and the oil scoop aren't right that means he not getting enough oil pressure right? this can damage the motor can't it. plus the guy that has the hatch isn't the brights preson in the world. so can some one help me out so i can get him to fix it. and if any one knows what i'm call the oil scoop really is tell me please i fill stupid cause i'm not using the right word.

its called the oil pickup (imagine that ).

if it's bent i would defiately replaced it (easy and cheap too).

oil pressure should be 15-25 psi fully warmed at idle. and maybe 60psi after 3000rpm.

(approx numbers)
