anyone gotten this code before? i got a 98 civic EX with only 60,000 miles. i have already replace upper and lower o2 sensor.it gone away for a few months but is back again,so whats next the cat? and if so,what is the most common problem that would kill the cat?

i third this same thing happen to my friend and we put a carsound cat on and it went away after we cleared the code
