Try heating it. If that doesnt work, you are going to have to burn it off.

Get a torch and heat it. Thats what i did with mine. USed a map gas torch, heated it for about 5 minutes, and used a breaker bar, and it came right off.

I did the same thing, it started fine, then about 1/2 way off the ****** snapped.. So be careful with the breaker bar.. i've been driving it with only 2 bolts on for about a week now with no cel or other problems.. can that bolt be replaced or do i need to get a new cat?

Have you tried beating the end of your wrench with a hammer yet?... that always works for me.

spray a little pb blaster or yield on it and let it sit for a while.

then grab a torch and heat that **** up for a while,
the bolts should break loose or break off then.

the wrench and hammer is always a good technique as well.

pretty much the same thing everybody else said

so you're telling him to apply an open flame to a flammable liquid about three inches from his face?

no i said let it soak for a while, not spray the stuff while you're torching it.

It's not gonna do anything except maybe a little bigger flame when
he puts the torch to it.

I've done it plenty of times.

he might want to have his face a little father away from the flame then 3 inches
