Default changing brakes

I bought an Accord not too long ago (97 EX 2 dr) and I'm trying to maintain it myself for the most part so that I can learn more about car maintenance, etc. I'm about to change out the brake pads and I'm using a Haynes manual. I know it might sound like a "newbie" question but it doesn't state the proper way to bleed off the brake line. How would I go about doing that? Do I have to do it everytime I change out the pads then put in new brake fluid? Thanks.

Default Re: changing brakes (maxflame)

you do not need to bleed the system if you just swapping pads

you do how ever, if you removing all the old brake juice and refill it.

brake juice should be replaced every three years, it's just little more work than just bleeding.

try search around, there's must been 1654316 post with picture for bleeding brake, if you have problem that you can't figure out, post back.
