Default No fuel at injector

I still haven't gotten my d16z6 to run in my '93 si. I just replaced the fuel filter and fuel was making it there. When I turn it over with the injectors out, nothing comes out of them. I tried a main relay out of a running car and that didn't work either. What else should I check?

Actually when I first pulled the injectors and tried to turn it over I forgot that the fpr was only on hand tight. Lots of fuel spayed out throught the bottom of it.

None of the wiring looks to be out of place. It does look like the previous owner had an alarm though. If it had some kind of starter kill would that casue a problem like this? Are there any specific wires that I should check?

He took out the alarm stuff. What should I look for in the wiring that could be messed up? Does the injector wiring go through the drivers or passenger side shock tower plugs?

Is it possible that it's the cam angle sensor?
