Default lug nut torque specs

Anyone know what the lub nut torque specs are for the front and rear wheels on a 99 civic SI?

standard is 80lbs....any higher could cause unwanted stretching which may lead to a break...

to be honest i dont use a torque wrench on mine i have NEVER had an issue with it, i will tighten them up really well and after driving for a bit i will retorque them

Lol, this is ussually what i've done. But I just bought this nifty torque wrench to put my camaro back together so I figured I mine as well use it for something.
