PLEASE DO NOT POST OR HOST PHOTOS OR LINKS OF THE BOOK IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM IN THIS THREAD. IF THIS HAPPENS THE THREAD MAY/WILL BE LOCKED BY THE MODS.
this is not the helms manual, it is basically a 33 page guide that goes into more indepth description of the integra type r specifically as it relates to the lower integra trim levels. photos and information in this guide is not available in the helms manual.
PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT POST/HOST ANYTHING RELATED TO THE BOOK IN THIS THREAD OR IT WILL BE LOCK/DELETED.
if you want it PM me
you will need acrobat viewer 7 or newer. file has been tested and works fine. if you cant see it you need to get the correct version of acrobat 7+ reader from the acrobat website for free. if you uploaded the recent version, you need to reboot then get online again then open the file. you have to be online sometimes to get the updates to load and open the file sometimes. but rest assure the file is complete and is in perfect working condition.
MODS:
i do not think the way i have set up the thread violates any current guidelines? but things can be changed, so if it does in the end please let me know and i will erase everything. id like to not meet the wrath of Reid or the old man (george)... hopefully ive caught them on a good day? be gentle guys.
thanks
i would like to keep this thread available as much as possible so lets keep this clean, just send me a pm and thats it. and adding a comment in the thread will keep the thread alive for others to enjoy...thanks
i will always have this file to share so nevermind how old this thread is. if you want it i have it, just send me a pm.

It's basically like an expanded sales brochure.
edit: after looking at more pages of the manual, it's quite a bit more than that; more like if Helms made brochures.

The thread starter in the linked thread had scanned several pages of this Acura technical manual for the 1997 ITR, but I think his hosted pics didn't last due to bandwidth.
