could a 5th gen. base with a JRSC w/ upgraded 10psi boost on a hondata ecu with h/i/e break 13's?

The nittos could be okay. They gave me shitty 60 foots then when i burn the **** outta them to get them all hot and sticky, my axles snapped.

check out http://www.hondaprelude.com Most of the 5th gen Preludes with JRSC are in the high 13's, and one is mid 13's. With pulley upgrade and slicks 12's would be very possible.

at that level of boost, you'd definitely need hondata or other engine management. there's a 9psi pulley out that people are putting down about 260whp, 215lb-ft of torque with. i'd imagine with slicks you might get into the 12s... but probably not. i'd guess low 13s.
