help fitting rear lip

I know a guy who is selling a type r rear lip for an ek, he says it dosnt fit his SiR properly he said its for a 4 door, would it fit a 99-00 ek hatch?

If its for a hatch it might fit.. hatch and sedans/coupes use different rear lips. Chances are its a hatch lip because it doesn't fit on his car.
