Header to cat bolts frozen, quick question
Is it possible to take the header off w/ the cat attached?? I can't for the life of me get these bolts to break loose, I don't want to have to cut them but that's my next step. Any help would be appreciated

I'm not following?
The two spring bolts connect the header to the cat, then you have the 3 nuts that attach the cat to the b-pipe..
Ohh now I'm thinking with the stock header. Yes now I get it! I hate messing with those bolts though!

You've got a alot of options.
But first have you actually tried getting some good pentrating lube.
This stuff works wonders and its amazing to find how so many people don't use it.
If you can't get the bolts loose then you just aren't pushing hard enough. You should be able to bust/break them. If they are truely suck.

not everyone is as buff and you and i!1 j/k, but on the serious hand the torch does good, just keep the flame off the bolt, it'll take it a little longer to heat up but prevents it from breakage. and of course if you try this, don't touch it

We heat up exhaust bolts to remove them at the dealership. It's the quickest way to loosen and remove them IME.
