I have a hid conversion kit for my 2000 civic and one of the ballasts wont turn on... it turned on then it looked as though the light bulb blew, I opened up my hood and looked to see that my ballasts indicator light is off. Does that mean the ballasts is bad or is it just a blown light bulb? Please help me out. If you know how to check it let me know. Thanks ahead of time.
