ok so i have a clean 91 si hatch, full interior, has a d16y8 somewhat built with cam, aem fuel rail/regulator, b16 injectors and TB, good header.....other then that it is lowered w/ exhaust and thats it, my buddy wants my motor and he said he'll jus trade me cars and give me some extra cash, he has a stock HF crx but its very clean but completly stock. i want another crx more then enything tho but dunno about an HF. what do you all think

 

depends on the condition of the car. If his is in overall better shape and you really want a CRX then trade.

 

soo.. ur trading ur hatch for his rex???... keep tha hatch

 

get da rex if its as clean or cleaner than your yours cux crx's are hard to find. at least in the midwest anyway. lol

 

yea its very clean but i have a prettymuch built single cam and his is an all stock HF...

 

i would do it, a clean CRX is hard to pass up. though the hf will not have near the power you have now, but at least you'll get like 45 mpg.

 

Hf's are the lightest crx's too i think. Would make a great street/drag car.
What do you want to do? If its a really really clean rex AND you like it, i say go for it!
But if your not so sure or you kinda like your car more, then dont do it!
Dont get the car if you wont appreciate it, Too many people have nice cars and dont even appreciate their worth or dont deserve them,,,

lol, well here it is..before i got this hatch i didnt really like them, then i got it and fixed it myself..cleaned it up, then i bought a built single cam and put that in myself and now i just dont want to get rid of it. but ill always like crx's more. and im lookin to build a ls/vtec all winter long....but the other thing is i wanted to build a car from top to bottom (92-95 hatch or coupe)...ill try and post up pics tommarow. ill try and get pics of the crx also.

yea its dennis's...idk if i want his crx tho now, i drove it around today and idk if i deffently want it..he said he would give me his car and 500 bucks...im kinda thinkin about straighting my hatch up and selling it.

yea ive decided to keep it cause its a beat crx...my other buddy has offered me his 91 si crx that has an LS in it, jus need to replace the clutch suposeably..has hasport mounts. interior is clean but exterior is not so. paint is fading and has the usual rust in the corner pannel
