Boosted ZCs aren't too bad.. although they can't hold a LOT of power. Still fun, nonetheless.

depends on how good the tune is...good tune on a stock block, I'd say 10, I've seen 15. Not so good tune, 5psi.

You could have anywhere from $800 to $3k...it all depends on the type/brand/quality of the parts you choose to use. I'm building 2 right now, one kit being a budget build that may have say $1k in parts, the other...I'll just say its a bit more than $1k
I guess to answer your question, you'll need...
turbo
manifold
downpipe
wastegat(if its not internal)
FMIC-optional
BOV-optional
oil feed
oil return
fuel management
charge piping
couplers
If you are really interested in a kit and want one made for your car-complete bolt on. PM me

Either that or turbo it. THere are not enough parts out there to really build a ZC allmotor. Besides that in what you would have in building one, you could have bought a b16 swap and been way ahead in power to start with. IT is hard to make 30hp na in a ZC. As far as Turbo goes, check out Azulito's setup, cleanest I've seen. He even still has A/C.

Since you have that motor, go ahead and turbo it. This link shows the DOHC ZC Turbo potential. I'm going to have this guy tune my Stock GSR-T.

Remember that even after you have tallied all your costs to double it bythe time you are done! Also not to talk you out of turboing but that is something you really have to see thru to the end and it can be a real ball buster. If I had to do it all over again I would throw the any D series kit on the stock motor and tune it then see what happens. Building the block can run you some big $. Remember a machine shop doesn't care if you are building a super expensive B18C5 or a D block...it still costs the same for the machining.

For simplicity in a ZC turbo I love CWBETB's car http://www.cardomain.com/ride/558581

Thanks Bart! I love how mine came out, but man what a bitch!
