Sup guys, in the market for a new car... looking for a the 1999-2000 Electron Blue Civic Si. Mods or no mods, Looking for one with less than 100K milles and spend less than 10K. Anywhere around the Indiana area would be nice, (i live in northern Indiana) don't really want to go to CA for one. not in to much of a hurry to buy i need to sell my car first.
