Default b20 vtec

well im selling my ef with the b16. Im in the process of getting a eg. I wanted to ask if it would be worth it to do a b20 vtec? anyone done one before??? let me know

some people are for and against the swap, due to the thinner cylinder walls, its all deopends on how much power you are looking to make

B20 is 84mm B16 is 81mm how does this work do people get the head bored out to match?

actually i think that an 84 mm bore on a b16 head would up the compression.

same thing as a gsr head on a b16 block. higher compression.

Well wont the pistons slap the overlap of the head, just dosen't seem like it is a direct bolt on and needs a lot of mod to make it correct, pretty much you need to reshape the combustion chamber?

my friend has run a stock b20 block with a stock b16 head ran like a champ. same ole thing when he did ls/vtec. just get the get everything done right.
