power steering in a 88-91 hatch?

Default power steering in a 88-91 hatch?
will the 88-91 EX civic rack and pinion and pump fit on any model 88-91 hatchback civic? and if it does do i need to do any custom modifications to put it on?...its not for me its for my friend...thanx alot

bolts right in- you'll just need all the hoses and lines, pump, and pump bracket, don't forget the reservoir and Honda P/S fluid.

because some people like the comfort and not killing themselves when trying to turn. i like speed and i like comfort as well. Why criticize if you can't type anything productive. That's RECOCKULOUS to me.

I'd kind of liek powersteering if I was going to be driving my CRX everyday. but since I'm only going to be using it for the track it would justbe dead weight.

My Civic DX HB has power steering


It was a DX Auto with AC/Power steering see resevoir above on the right side
