Looking for pics Autometer sport comp gauges at night?
I searched, but found only info or day time pics. Some one said they look very similar to the stock gauge color. Anyone have any pics of these?
Thanks
Thanks
actually the gauges come with 2 light bulb covers, there a thin rubber like material, one is green one is red. obviously you use the red one and it matched the gauges pretty well. id take a picture of mine but i only have a camera phone(and a crappy one at that).
You'll be much better off with VDO or Omori gauges.
In my opinion, the VDO are a better match and they aren't as expensive.

Agreed, I got my VDO from egauges.com (i think) and loved them for the price. For oiltemp they even sell an oil pan bung with a temp gauge in it... ROCKS

Do yours dim with your factory gauge dimmer switch? Are there any tricks to wiring those up to make them dim w/ the factory switch?
the autometer gauges I have look exactly like this at night, using the red bulb cover they provide. it looks nearly identical to the gauge cluster, amber/orange rather than red. Ill try to get a pic of mine tonight.
