Does the washer trick work for correcting camber on an RSX?

I took a look at the camber arm while installing coilovers, and it looks like the bolts attaching the camber arm to the chassis from the bottom instead of the side. Would I be able to insert washers between the chassis and the camber arm to correct camber?

No. You need to buy a camber kit for the rear. No other way around it.
