Default Flushing A 94 Accord EX Radiator

What up peoples, I've been looking all over the damn place on how to find out where the hell the bleed plug is on this radiator for this car. I know my dumbass should have a chilton book but i cant right now. Anybody know this?? thanks

I think you need to remove the splash guard under the front bumper. Then look up under the car at the bottom of the radiator and you'll see the drain plug located near the middle of the bottom of the radiator.

You don't have to remove the splash guard if you don't want to there is a spot cut out where the plastic screw piece is accessible.

aiiight thanks a mil but quick question. i dont got a lift for my car but i found the plug i think under the cutout. how does it come off cause i cant figure that out since i cant lift my car. thanks in advance

The only reason I remember is because I was under there last week changing out an axle. Otherwise I would have said to remove the splash guard also.

The plug just twists out and like a screw.

it just unscrews. I believe there is a port on the bottom of the tube the screw is inside of, thats where the coolant will come out of. Just unscrew it enough to let the coolant come out. Make sure you pop the cap off the radiator to help the coolant empty faster.

You could even connect a hose to that port to drain the coolant into a bucket with little mess.
