So this hasbeen going on for awhile now but i have been to lazy/ poor to do anything about it during the school year but now its summer and the money is coming. So what should i look for or do to find out whats wrong and how much dough will it cost to fix.
The fans do not spin.
the ac doesnt work (but it blows air out).
Car overheats while sitting (takes about 25 min)
engine light on.
fuses are fine.
from what i can see the wires are ok.
fans have a bit of rust on them but not much at all.
i can move them with my hand.
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG!!!!????

 

What CEL are you pulling? You should replace your thermostat if it takes that long to heat up. You are probably not getting coolant through both lines so check both lower and upper radiator hoses for coolant. Your thermostat is probably hindering the A/C's performance. Change the thermo, check the CEL.
