Shuttering on acceleration?

Shuttering on acceleration?
I have a 95 prelude here in Japan at low speeds its great, I noticed the other day when I was on the Toll road, when I in 4th or 5th and give it alot of gas it shutters. I can get on it at low speeds but as I get into 3, 4 or 5th it does this. Any ideas? I was thinking the flywheel?
