Default What would you like to see done?

Hello,

I am from one of the most reputable Honda dealerships around, and I wanted to get a little feedback from the other Honda tuners/enthusiasts out there. My job here is titled the "Styling Specialist"(an awkward name, but it gets to the point). With that being said, I want to know, what you as the consumer would like to see available inside of a dealership. So far, I'm setting up programs with reputable companies in the industry. What are products that you would like to see available at a dealership?

What suspension kits would you like?

What wheels would you like?

What tuning options would you like?

What accessories would you like?

Thank you for your time,

Mike

Hey fegs, how the hell do you know that it's a repost if you only been here a month.

Back to the original topic:

Suspension: Eibach/Koni as entry level, Bilsteins for coilovers.

Wheels: Volks/Rays/Mackins/Mugen

Tuning option: Basic bolt ons, covered by warranty.

Accessories: Full Mugen catalog.

like you're not a smart ***..... it's not the amount of posts you make.. .it's the quality of posts that matters....

if this guy posted this same thread in a civic forum, it's not a repost if he also posts it in the s2000 forum.... only a repost if it's posted in the same sub-forum dumbass....

to OP:

the mugen catalog is a good idea,

bring the "spec v" to america

wheels, mugen, volk & work thats all that is needed

should have made a coupe version

i just wanted an opinion from both the civic demographic and the s2k demographic (seeing that they are two seperate cars and that the people driving the cars, respectively want different things). but to those that replied, thanks for the input!

I know of a Honda dealership that i think thats located in florida, or Illinois, or texas, or some place out east that sells Spoon products under warranty of there cars. I saw it in a magazine. For about 25k more of the sticker price, you can have a Spoon'd out Ap1

I say you should become a Mugen Representative of your Dealership and slang these parts and keep Mugen under car warranty.

not if you're set as a licensed distributor. our prices should be competitive if not cheaper than most shops out there on the market. an area that you could see a higher number in is in labor. but then again, you get what you pay for. companies actually send out their own techs to instruct the dealership techs on how to properly install everything correctly. not all dealerships work like this, but coming from the consumer end of the spectrum, i had a vision for this, and now im finally implementing my own ideas and making it happen.

Not true at all. I've dealt with plenty of highend dealerships about this. There's a Nissan Dealership thats local to me that sells Nismo and JIC at blown out pricings. Their slangin them way lower than your average competive speed shops out there.

I guess this sounds a little weird to me.

If the original poster is any sort of automobile enthusiast, and his job position is infact real, wouldn't it be obvious what we would like to see available in dealerships? The ability to make our cars look better and go faster. Got it?

I think Spoon and Mugen products under warranty would be phenomenal.
