The issue is that the hood on my brothers accord is about an inch up from where it should be. It seems that after his bad run in with sleep and a ditch it bent the portion of the undercarriage that is linked to the hood latch which I believe is what is makin the 1 inch gap. My question is how do i bend that bottom portion back down if I can do it myself or how much would it run to take it to someone who can do the repair. I will post some pics later to help clarify the issue.

if your hood is minorly buckled, take it off, flip it over on the grass, have him stand on one end while you push down on the other. GL.
