So will a 91 crx si intake manifold work on a 00 y8 block? with obdiia?

Yes, it will fit, but you will have some issues with sensors.

Well, the map sensor is firewall mounted, the iat is not on the intake arm, but on intake manifold runner no 3 (or 4), the si mani don't think had an FITV either. Vaccum line routing is going to be a bitch also.

FITV and MAP are both on the TB, not the IM
(the y8 doesnt use a fitv anyway)

Youd be much better off, performance and simplicity, using a y8 manifold
