nope. Dought anyone is going to be able to tell you exactly what sizes of the rim/tire combo by just looking at a picture.

Edit:
if I'd have to guess, I'd say maybe 17" rim. The tire size is going to depend on the width of the rim and the overall diamter of the stock tire. The stock tire we know but not the width of the rim. But probably a commonly used tire size for a 17" rim would be 215/45/17. Thats all just guessing though.

Tire doesn't look wide enough or maybe it's just the angle of the pic but I would guess 17's with common 17in tires 205/40/17.
