Default 2000 CVR rear suspension noise

Trying to figure out what might be the problem with this car.

Its a 2000 CRV and anytime you make a hard U turn you can hear a "rubbing" noise from the rear. What could this be? Could it be the rear drum brakes that are causing this noise?

If you would ave searched around a little you would have easily found the awnser.
You need to change the Dual pump fluid in your rear differential.

Thanks I tried searching but came up with nothing, and most post I found about changing fluid in the rear diff applied to the S2000.
