Default After long run NO-TO-HARD start (please advise)

Hi all!
I did the engine swap not long ago. It runs good, however, after a prolonged run/use if I shut the engine off I will get hard time starting it again. Sometimes it will fire right up but if I loose the crank it will refuse to start. I have to wait a minute or so. After that it will fire like nothing happened!
Please advise, I don't want start throwing parts at it.
I've done preliminary tests, all seem to be ok. Fuel pressure ok, regulator ok, Injectors seem to be good, timing/ignition are dead-on.
I have a Main ECU (PMG-FI) relay as suspect. It feels as if it doesn't prime (fuel bleeds off) after long run!
Thank you!

Almost certain it's the main relay. Start your diagnosis there.

if it doesnt actually start then its the main relay. if it starts for a second and dies immediately its the ign switch.
