What happened to the seatbelt? If it fell apart or disintegrated on you, take it to Honda. Supposedly all Honda safety equipment is warranted for life/replacement free of charge .

Yes take it to a Honda Dealership its covered under life time warranty. Thats the first thing I did when I bought my 91 civic hatch was have the service writer print up a ticket on my car stating the seat belts wont retrack and paid myself warranty time to work on my own car lol

Yes it is True. I had all seatbelts replaced in my 88 accord for free. A dog chewed them up lol. Did not cost me a penny.

Yes, If you still have your manuels it'll tell you that the seat belts have a life time warranty. They'll also replaced the buckels.

I just recently took my car to Honda East in Columbus OH, checked out my pass seat belt (wasn't extending or retracting) and they ordered a new one on the spot... Now if only those ******* would get back to me. I get the feeling they are reluctant to do warranty work on an 18 year old car.

it will take them a few weeks to get the parts in most likely, they didn't give me any hassle where i went- yet they had my car for nearly 7 hours..
