ZC w/si tranny axle?

ok im rebuilding a DOHC ZC and im mating a si tranny to it my question is what axles do i use and its going in a 89 crx hf
so i would have to do a kind of hybrid axle right?

Well you want to match the axles to the tranny but I believe you will need to upgrade your hubs to Si or 90-93 teg to accept the axles, not 100% sure...I have some axles left from my Si since I swapped to B if you want
You can use the hf axles since the tranny side is the same on hf,dx, and si trannys. Althought the outer hub to wheel differs in size making the hf weaker in theory. If you want to use dx or si axels to benefit w/ the larger outer splines you will need either 88-91 civic si hubs or 88-91 crx dx/si hubs. I wouldnt be too worried about using hf axels with open diff.
