Default will my greddy FMIC work?

plan on building a 400-450whp d16. i have a almost new greddy fmic kit already installed and was wondering if it will work with 400-450whp ? its the 24"x8"x3" one.

is that the core size? Or overall length? It's close and some can argue that'll it'll be too small, but I think it's OK. If you can try to sell it and get another one off ebay for cheap (they work fine since they have to moving parts or stress to them).

so sell my $600 greddy intercooler for a $50 ssauto one??

i think ill probably stay with it. how would i know that it wont support the power?

do you think 2.25" charge piping/intercooler piping will be too small for my power?

For a d16 to get 400-450whp requires a lots of boost to cram air into that thing. If that's the core size then I think you'll be alright. Make sure IAT aren't outta control when you do the dyno runs and then you'll know it's fine.

well im going to have all the supporting mods you can think of so im hoping it wont take a ton a boost depending on what turbo i go with.

do you know a Stu or Stewart down there with some awd dsm's? he goes to school there.

It's too small, buy my large Greddy intercooler instead!

Seriously though, it's the smaller Type31 right? It may be maxed out at 400-450.

The piping diameter is fine.
